  • Is smoking or vaping allowed?

    Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our event venues. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available depending on the venue; please check with our team on the day of the event.

  • Any age restrictions?

    Our events are exclusively family-friendly and welcome guests of all ages. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


    Our events feature interactive games, activities, music, dancing, and entertainment for the whole family. Children under 5 may require additional parental assistance and supervision.


    Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their children at all times.

  • Are parents responsible for their children during the event?

    Yes. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising and caring for their children and guests under 21 years of age at all times during the event. Children should not be left unattended at any time.

  • Single or Stag Entry?

    No. Our events are designed exclusively for families and family groups. Single or stag entry is not permitted. All guests must attend with their spouse, family members, or a family group to help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for everyone.

  • Can I Attend with Friends or in a Group?

    To maintain our family-focused atmosphere, girls-only or boys-only group entry is not permitted. Guests are welcome to attend with their spouse, family members, or as part of a family group.


    All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.


    Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for families to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories together.

  • Zero Drugs Tolerance Policy?

    Yes. Bollywood Events maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs at all of our events. Any guest found in possession of or using illegal substances will be removed from the venue immediately without refund.

  • Refund Policy?

    Ticket and booking refund policies vary by event type. Please review the specific terms provided at the time of purchase, or contact our team directly for details on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for your event.

  • Alcohol Consumption?

    Alcohol policies depend on the venue and event. Where alcohol is permitted, it is served responsibly in accordance with Texas state law, and valid ID is required. Outside alcohol is not permitted at any of our events.

  • Are pets allowed?

    For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted at our events, with the exception of certified service animals.

  • Parking?

    Parking availability depends on the venue for each event. Details on parking options, including any valet or nearby lot information, will be shared with your event confirmation. Contact us if you have specific parking questions.

  • Are All Events the Same?

    No. Each event is uniquely designed around a different theme and experience. The games, activities, music, entertainment, food, and overall program may vary from event to event.
